We run small, hands-on sessions for people building with AI. No slides, no panel, nobody presenting at you — a room of people with laptops open, working on their own thing and comparing notes.
Two formats so far. Claude Code workshops, where the point is that everyone leaves with something that runs. And Coffee with Claude, aimed at one room at a time: entrepreneurs, then sales.
It's early. A handful of sessions, and a group of people who keep turning up to them.

Planned as a zero-to-launch run: idea, brand, landing page, marketing, sales. The room went deep on the first stage instead, using AI as a co-founder to validate an idea, find its audience, and sharpen the value proposition into something you could pitch.
